About Us
Motivatories is a business and franchise development organisation offering:
• franchise development and systemisation, including the (development and) writing of all policy, procedure and operations manuals,
marketing programs, franchisee profiling, induction programs and ongoing development;
• training and workshop development, keynote speaking and workplace training and assessment;
• executive coaching, corporate mentoring, business consulting and general business advice;
• business writing, including short articles of 800-5000 words and business books;
• motivational products, including cards, posters, books, and recognition and reward items.
Motivatories began in the late 1988 under the name/title of Gabezo Pty Ltd with the original purpose / goal of offering business advice, bookkeeping services and training. Under the guidance of Jack and Diane Fraenkel, it grew and expanded in its service offerings and, in 2003, Motivatories Pty Ltd (emerged) was spun off to concentrate on franchise development and training. In April 2004, Motivatories UK Ltd was formed in Edinburgh Scotland to offer help and assistance to franchise owners, franchisees and business owners wanting to expand their businesses using franchising as their growth strategy.
Having helped create franchises in retailing, pharmacy, business services, financial services, graffiti removal, home improvement, plant and equipment maintenance, health, and direct sales, Motivatories brings a wealth of experience to the franchise industry.
In addition, we have worked with a number of existing franchise organisations in a range of businesses providing training and mentoring both for parent companies and for franchisees and their teams.
